My name is Kawlinz, I was born in 81, and damn I fuckin’ kill it on the mic. I’m playin, but anyways, my role of the group is writing/emceeing and composing/producing. I feel that the NKC has great potential, as we all have such a wide variety of influences. Something that I believe unifies us all, is that we all love dark, brooding sounds. Lucky for me, because most of my production ends up quite dark. If no one liked my dark sounds, we’d still all be rapping to jacked instrumentals from the internet.

I believe we bring something unique to not only the hip hop world, but the music world as well. Again, with so many different influences, our intentions are creating great albums, not just great hip hop albums. Will everyone like it? Probably not, but I’m sure it will appeal to more than just hip hop heads.
